I actually need to try and get some work done but I've developed the attention span of a 5 year old thanks to lockdown and overstimulation from screentime, it is depressing when I think about how productive I was this time a year ago.

I'm learning to cope with it but definitely not something I want to do for 5+ years. The position was recruited internally and they kind of threw me into it, I saw the salary and said yes.

Anon I got anger problems, although it makes me successful at my work (people are scared af of me) I feel I'm going to get a hart attack someday. How do I relax more and cope working with intolerable brainlets.

Talked to my childhood friend today, he's making 200k and just bought his first house with his wife, kids on the way. I'm really happy for him but started looking inward and realized I'm a failure.

Doing actual work is almost frowned upon. I think at least 30% have a bullshit job. Also there is no hope in getting promoted if your a white ambitious male. I got denied a promotion this year because the leadership team wanted more females in their team, the roastie who got the job didn't have any technical knowledge or leadership experience. First thing she did als a manager was to give the actual performing white dude in her team all her responsibilities kek.

My team used to be all white males and two Asian girls. Atm the team consists mostly of roasties who always seek drama and don't want to do any actual work, an actual autist (the nose picking type), and two very mediocre males who are always sick due mental issues.

All the good white males have left, only reason I stayed is they literally gave me the leadership salary (although I didn't got promoted) because they are scared I will leave to.

Convert to stablecoins (if so which one are actually save) or swap to fast transactions project (Nano... yikes) to transfer fast to an fiat exchange.
