My water was turned off, I had told my water utility that it was an economic hardship to pay them. However I have a separate sewer utility who I did not inform of my economic hardship and I paid them big money which included a $105 restoration fee yesterday. The water utility today tells me regardless of previously informing them about my fucking economic hardship that I had to cough up the $50 past due amount plus an additional $50 restoration fee.
