Not cope, I'm a redneck piece of shit. The plan is a small 10 acres of so lot to build a big shop and small ranchouse with basement pool/sauna/gym. It will look like your typical farmer/oil money house on the outside. Go in and it is wood floors, big copper apron sink and range hood, still nothing too crazy. Then you go down and it's black marble everywhere aside from the sauna and gym of course, which is eucalyptus or cedar and black rubber mats. Lots of work is put in the lighting system so it can feel like an outerspace adventure or a fantasy cave while swimming. The shop will just be a prefab steel building or maybe a more traditional red barn depending on how larpy I feel. Both are common in rural south. I'll have welding, some vacuum mold/casting stuff, cnc. drill press, etc. Seperate room will have an electric brewery, and maybe a cellar for ageing and whatever I store from canning/cellarable vegetables.
I'd like a green house for a year round fantasy flower party, mostly hydroponics and super dense/biointensive, and shitload of butterflies. This part is still in design phase because shit is way more complicated than running a shop.
Then I'll have my little penthouse downtownin a big southern city with nightlife. Bathroom is black marble floor/walls/ceiling with big shower/tub/sauna/steamroom. Black cabintets and labradorite counter in kitchen. Wood paneling and floors throughout. California king bed in one of my bondage bed designs in mastersuite with big windows and mirror on ceiling above bed for that cheesy pervert vibe. I alternate between city life for my music and restaurants, then retreat to my country hideaway(Ideally 30-45 minutes away) when I want to play with my machines and toys to make shit. I think travel is bullshit but I'm far from a humble or modest man. 75k link so the hardest part is finding how I'll spend the shitloads of money after building these two sanctuaries. Maybe I'll change my mind about the travel meme after the yacht.
