What are you smoking? Bitcoin cannot be Turing-complete because it has no way to "back up the tape". That is an essential opcode for Turing machines. Without it there is no way to loop. And because there is no way to loop, there is no way to infinite-loop. That is specifically why Bitcoin doesn't allow looping and never will. As a result, the Bitcoin opcodes are not Turing-complete and never can or will be. Q.E. fucking D.
