I own a 10 unit building and an office. $18k per month in rent ain't bad.

Right now I'm flipping two properties which should net me $87k in profit when all is said and done. Real Estate isn't for everyone, but I'm allowed to be a lazy fuck and just live comfortably off wagies.

Who workaholic here?

I enjoy working. It feels like I take a part of the grandure of society to keep everything and the economy rolling on. I love overworking to receive more money. Working keeps me busy and keeps your thoughts of nasty things. When I was a student, I worked 60+ hours a week in the holidays, saved up a lot of money while others were partying, etc. After I got a job I settled down to a comfy upper middle class lifestyle.

I just love coming home after a good day of work knowing that I will receive a fine pay check and to have no worries about money or anything. My job almost has zero-stress, so I won't have to think about any work when I come home. I can just relax, play vidya, spend time on my other hobbies, plan trips, do writing, etcetera. Just improving my life in general.

Oh, and I have a tip for everyone here that always asks how to make money, how to invest, what to sell, etc etc. I've tried all these things, some were a little bit successful, but you will make a better passive income just working your ass of on a low-physical impact job and change your mindset because it's a guarantee for a passive income, especially if your a student and don't know what to do in holidays. You could have fun, spend time trying to write a book or creating a website thinking you will be able to get money of this, but the chance of success is low. Never stop doing it, but, don't put your hope on those things.
