A near million dollar home in Chicago, 1/3rd of a home in Payson AZ, potential millions of old antiques ( I have pieces dating back to 1400 and before, original artworks, Tiffany pieces) about $20,000 worth of jewelry and gold, and when my mother dies I’ll be getting $500 bucks a month for the rest of my life.

I was supposed to be a blue chip stock inheritor worth millions but my grandparents squandered that. So I’m left with their physical goods that I’ll have to get appraised and find buyers.

Sales bros I’ve been in the game for 2 years in lower paying sales job, I work in fitness as a sales manager, I don’t mind 50+ hour weeks but I feel like I could be making so much more. I’m a very good salesman, but don’t have a bachelors, I firmly also believe in the fake in till you make it method, any recommendations for finding a new sales position that pays better than 50k a year? I’m in AZ so it’s not high standard of living but it’s not dirt cheap either.

Any tips in getting to a new line of sales from fitness?
