Wealth tax was implemented by very socialist Holland, and Macron has switched tax to only apply real estate, this has resulted some people returning to France. But is is very tough if each minister changes the wealth tax they might have move again.

If socialist will win then many americans need to move close tax paradises including islands etc. 70-80% is untenable it always results a bank run but people dont really vote on these things they prefer see collapse and run
