Any other waggies notice that HR has the fastest and most consistent upwards momentum? Or is it just my company? We essentially don't even have an HR because they keep getting promoted out of the position within 6 months. Then it takes another 6 months for them to actually hire a replacement and the cycle continues.

I don't know what I'm doing...but dollar sign go up for months so I guess I'm not doing bad...My family asked me for tips and I told them I dunno wtf I'm doing, they think I'm lying and just trying to hoard the tips myself.
