because fundamentally retail and even institutions to some extent have no idea what they're buying. exarrpee is going to replace the entire banking system. solana got so much funding and it's so fast wow holy smokes. cardano is peer reviewed, they've got scientists working on it dontchaknow. nobody cares about how any of this shit connects together or what institutions/governments are thinking or the endgame, they care about narratives that speak to their biases but that are small enough to fit in their heads.
