Haven't been here in over a year and wanted to share what I've learned. Looks like I've missed a lot. When I left, nearly every thread was shilling Link. Something must've happened? Lol whatever. Doesn't matter now.

I saved $70k slaving away at my shitty job for 5 years. Started investing in real estate. Landed a seller-financed, $1m property. 0% interest. 32 units.

Motivated seller. Met with them multiple times in defiance of the corona lockdown in order to meet with them and sign the deal. Only had to put $50k down. Tenants moved in (advertised organically in local FB groups) and I'm already netting $5k a month after ALL expenses.

In the background of all this I've networked and found a banker who's willing to work with me. My plan is in 3 years time, get a balloon loan and roll that into my next deal.

Being a wage cuck isn't so bad if you have a plan, and some fucking balls.

If you're speculating on crypto you have balls. But you're not being smart.

It's smarter to save every possible penny you can, and wait to seize the right opportunity.

Other things that helped me were quitting porn (big one) and spending time looking for deals and building relationships in the real world.

It took me over 6 months of legwork to find the right opportunity. And the negotiation took another month. Finally closed the mother fucker.

So unless you're on LinkedIn or BiggerPockets forums or watching business and finance content on JewTube, stop wasting your time here.

I come from white trash and have no college degree, and I'm making it. You can too.

Yes. Personally I think TRONIX cryptocurrency is still very undervalued and in its infancy.
