Anyway, that's pretty much how I see this. I manage my money carefully, saving & investing all that I can. I value substance over flash, function over form, and liquid assets over depreciating physical assets.

Fear not: although my vehicle doesn't look like much, I maintain it properly. If you are concerned that it may break down, forcing me to be late to work (or miss work entirely), you have nothing to worry about: that's what Uber is for.

If you are concerned that the "cheap" car I drive makes our company look bad, then I suggest you provide me with a company car free of charge as the price you pay for maintaining a good public image... either that, or double my pay, and I'll buy a fucking lambo. IDGAF.
