Open Oracle is the competitor. And Coinbase (correctly) chose to use them as their oracle network standard (instead of Chainlink).

It's better in every way. It's free, no token 65% held by Sergey, no KYC. And it allows to do the same thing, get the median or average from multiple oracle sources (it also makes TEEs obsolete)
