The more I argued with them, the better I came to know their dialectic. We are like the early BTC community. We cannot rely on the devs or any majority stake holders to pay a shill army or anything like that. So it solely rests on the community to get the job done. Depends on when and if I work up the balls to close my company and become a full time dev or not. I think as soon as we start seeing some killer apps that utilize Nano it will moon like crazy. Maybe before then. I have been holding Nano all throughout the past 2 years, and have been posting about it here and there throughout this time. I will say one thing I noticed, that I do believe I caught the attention of a large whale once, and we increased in value over 200% in a matter of days, if not a single day. I don't recall the exact numbers or time, but it was significant, and seemed extremely linked to my post of the day... so chances are as soon as one or two of the BTC whales come over to our side.

I don't like to be waiting on something outside of myself to save me, and prefer to take matters into my own hands, developing something like an eBay or Amazon that utilizes Nano/XMR/BTC/ETH for starters, but I am fairly confident that once the ball starts rolling, it will be a race to get in as fast as possible. It has been a blessing to my fellow anons with Link increasing so much in value. I have fortunately come into wealth through my own means. But now that all is said and done, even those who remained neets can join in and take advantage of the promise BTC made, that will be fulfilled by its progeny, Nano. The heir to the throne.

Nano tier network with smart contracts. I could see micro-fees being an acceptable trade-off for a faster ETH type network. But unless IOTA can implement smart contracts I don't see many advantages. I am a free market type guy, I like the idea of partnerships, but I rather prefer open access technology that anyone can utilize. I have more faith in the collective of man than I do in the collective of insiders with power. Evolution has a better track record than anything man has put together himself, IMO. Something simple that offers new modalities to be born has the greatest chance of adoption and most closely fits the bill to a naturally evolving system or organism. I think it is superior this way, should it pass the litmus test and survive in the wild. Pugs vs. Wolves.
