you can host a node and get payed directly from people that consume your bandwidth, right now cause its all in main net so monetization is not enabled, when sentinel main net gets deployed you will be able to fully monetize your nodes and get payed in any coin your prefer that is connected to sentinel blockchain (BTC ETHXMR etc..)
running a node from now tho will get you better advertizement and you will be able to make to fidelize more people
