I miss Edmund Moy, dude wrote an entire book on the US's silver and platinum eagles program. Guy was an avid coin collector most of his life and had service with different governemnt bureaucracies, and he's still active in the coin collecting scene. David Ryder didn't know what the hell he was doing and only stayed with the mint a year, I imagine Ventris GIBSon won't stay for long either when it turns out being a mint director is actually not sunshines and rainbows of picking the coin drawings you like and you gotta manage bullion orders, congress's whims, supply chains, machining cost, inventory flow, bank orders for coins, and planchet purchases from third party contractors just off the top of my head

By the way the US mint doesn't make its own planchets anymore, how retarded can they get? Huh, I wonder why pennies are an active deficit to mint. Could it be the fact we BUY THEM at a PROFITABLE PRICE from an outside source INSTEAD of using the machines we ALREADY HAVE and factoring planchet cost into normal operating costs instead. Really just the US in a nutshell, profit ANYBODY at all as long as it isn't the working people, no matter the deficit cost to the taxpayers.

I shilled Bancor last year, I feel dirty and used. I only have half a Bitcoin, but other than that I'm done with crypto. Everything I buy rips me off I can't stand it anymore.
