Is that the case? If somebody gets better education, from early years we are nothing for it. It is something that I can't fight.

What can I do with it in /biz/ terms?
To insure myself, for future. I don't understand why, 'trusts' are called trusts. Is is obvious to me that position sellers actually benefit from telling others something to invest in, while they act to deflate certain thing to get rich, where's trust in that?

I bought myself some gold and silver, I invested in land, but I have no idea how to make profits. Is there something, that I can do to better my beeing, I have a 'virtue' of beeing honest, fair and square.

I'm not smart. Just putting it together for anyone who hasn't figured out the obvious by now.

Probably. New stimmies always help and I can't picture things getting bad until after spring break. Then again, if I was one of the bogs and wanted to screw over retail under the guise of "flattening the curve," I'd crash it before that point.

The FUD is real right now.

I wish but those charts look the same. You need a bigger difference for a longer time-period to affirm this.

>it's too expensive to build new houses right now
Can confirm. My family actually run a construction company. Last two homes they built they just barely broke even on. Even doing minor shit like fixing a fucked up pipe or something stings. Had to pick them up from bars/parties an awful lot while they were under construction. My dad even needed to fix the buyer's washing machine just to not get (potentially) sued. Granted, they did pick up a lot of capital goods in the process (tractors, tools, SUV, etc.,) that were tacked onto the expenses of said homes. Factoring that out, it's still only turning about a 75% profit. When the bubble pops, it's going to sting them hard. Fortunately construction is a very diverse field, so money can be made doing other shit, like pool enclosures.

Odds are pretty good landlords are going to be the ones who end up popping the bubble if stimmie-tenant protection continues. Def lurk landlord social media and gauge that.

It is ingrained into their psychology to never aspire towards self-sufficiency and long term planning. To them, making money is about hustling just so you can pay off utilities, groceries, and other expenses. If anything is left-over than they immediately view that as a win an blow it. Another part of it is paranoia. Black people regularly hoard their money in cash to keep it safe, as they are afraid of someone taking it from them. It is a dog-eat-dog world in those shit holes, and none would ever feel comfortable of their money being in someone else's hands.

Such a psychology is maintained on two fronts:

The first is a concentrated effort by the government to keep these communities dependent on welfare and other programs. If this is maintained, they have successfully contained a very distinct ethnic group which, if given the opportunity and the wisdom, would want nothing more than to cut itself from a system it believes is built for another race. Ever wonder why Malcolm X and Tupac got iced?

The other is the fact that blacks who actually attempt to do these things tend to be ostracized by their own communities. Other blacks view it as being an Uncle Tom, or trying to be something your not. The very notion of investment to them is like a sick joke, as it is to cut yourself off from a community you have familial, racial, and historical ties to. Now consider the fact that black people are incredibly insecure about their position in life and rely extremely heavily on the support of other black people. It is due to a shared struggle developing tribalism as the only social-safety net they have. To attempt to make money outside of the tribe is to abandon your family.
