How did they do it?

Core inflation, doing -0,9% mom and only dropping from 3,4 to 3,3% yoy? I know it is is not 1:1. That -0,6% mom and yoy going from 4,2 is to 3,6% is rather a conincidence. But despite -0,9% mom from 3,4 to 3,3% yoy is crazy yoy effect.
