I thought at first the pumper what also the seller trying to offload his bags specifically at 0.078 but the rate and frequency of the pumps showed there was a whale-pumper & whale dumper, and the whale pump is in some kind of rush. The whale pumper seems to have exhausted the whale-seller, pushed up to 0.085. That seems to be the whale-pumper's sell range.
