Sadly it's not an option, it's a degenerative disease, a bit like allergies to make it simple, where my immune system reject my spine, thinking it's a foreign object. Which trigger countless inflamatory episodes. So the best i can do is take what's called "anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha", in weekly injections. This is a drug based on live tissues of monkey brains (i shit you not lol) who act as antibodies inhibitors triggering an artificial immunosuppression. Basically medically inducing AIDS so my body stop to try rejecting my spine.
This is a very rare disease who came up out of nowhere back when i was 26. No historic in both families going back at least 5 generations, even though it's supposed to be genetic... I recently read it could have been a rare side effect of (((vaccines))) given at birth, i've zero medical knowledge, but it wouldn't surprise me much tbdesu.
