They got iced out by the feds over a year ago. Remember the Russian anon seething because OFAC took his Jiemis? Remember the splivvy leaving all nonDRSed foreigners holding a big bag of nothing due to the DTCC? The US federal government is not going to let anything but a tiny sliver of MOASS money go overseas, at least until we start buying lambos, castles, and islands.
