I have been making a living daytrading for 3 years, and it was only a year ago I started holding some long term investments in parallel. And I swear to fucking christ, everybody say daytraders are retarded, but there is NOTHING more retarded than holding a position for more than 10 minutes when you share a market with such an unparalleled collective of retards. Within a timescale of 10 minutes, shit is governed by statistics. Outside of that time frame, shit is governed by absolutely nothing. It's all nonsense. A half-trillion-dollar market cap move of the S&P 500 can happen for no reason and evaporate like nothing.

What a fucking joke. There are no fundamentals behind any of this. The benchmark index of the US economy pisses and shits 1.5% moves like nothing, all day every day. If fundamentals had anything to do with anything, there should be perpetual motion machines being invented or nuclear bombs being dropped to justify this asinine price action. I depend on the stock market to pay my bills, and I sincerely believe the whole fucking thing should be abolished. Humanity has never wrought something so useless.

i did worse. i did invest in it in 2012. then sold it for a loss a few days later. few months later i hear its 10x its value, i buy it, i sell it for a loss again a few days later. year or two later its 10x its value again. i do it again. and you think 3 times was bad? 3 years later i see its like 10,000, i buy, sell for loss. right after it hits its 2017 all time high of 21,000, i buy the top, it crashes to 3,000.

then we have this bull market of 2020-2021 and...i didnt buy in at all because i thought i was gonna do it again! i am one of the most retarded people alive and i cant seem to learn.
