Is the advice in this book helpful for business? Any laws in particular that you strongly agree or disagree with? Is Robert Greene a grifter?

I've always been a no-nonsense type of person. I don't play games and tell people exactly what I think, and guess what I've realized; this never works out. People generally hate to hear the truth. I despise manipulative tactics with people, but maybe it's the only way to succeed in this world. It feels dirty just reading the book, but honestly the points really seem to resonate with my own failures in life (I've had two shitty businesses and my employees and competitors have never respected me in the slightest).

Read 48 Laws of Power. Pretty much teaches you how to be respected in the work environment. It's an extremely popular book among elites so it has been proven to work.

You need to be a dick to get shit done. You also need to prove to people why you are important. If people forget why they need you, then that means you can easily be replaced.
