Few things:
Talk to the property manager, let her know roommate is delinquent but you are not

Ask for an extension while you search for a new roommate

Tell her she can find a new tenant if she wants to end the term of the lease early, that way you don't have to pay the full term

Document everything, that way you can take your roomie to small claims court for the money if youre stuck paying it.

I like to read the signs and see the background to get a fuller picture. I don't fap to porn, I fap to pictures like these, and use my imagination to play out a date with her, what we would talk about, where we would go, and eventually how we would sleep together. I find it useful as a visualization technique as well to help practice actual socialization

Threadly reminder that Bears think they are more clever than everyone else, which is why they are so smug. It enrages, confuses, and infuriates them that "dumb bulls" can just buy and hold, and still make more money in a year than them. Bears make more money 1 or 2 months out of the year, sure, but they always lose in the long term.
