Imagine you start by uber driving a guy from location A to B, then at B you pick up an uber eats order and take it to a dude at location C where there are also like 5 Bird bikes for pickup to take back to the repair/charging station at location D, at location D you pick up the keys for a guy's apartment and go pick up his dogs and take them on a walk around the park before coming back to location D, where you finally pick up an Uber ride and drive him to a location near your house before you call it quits for the day. I fundamentally believe this is how 90% or more of new workers will make a living in the future.

If you like your apartment building, then once every 5 or so months you'll move one unit over to the left. This will be how urban housing is done for everyone other than the ultra-elite who will have to deposit their full lease in advance plus a 6 month 'eviction insurance' deposit.
