based & well said. you don't actually see any good jewish painters in the academic style, I mean from florentine to beaux arts - there are none. literally, not one that you could compare to someone like bouguereau. i suspect its because their sense of spatial judgement & visualization is totally impaired. academic style is heavily dependent on this. you don't even see that many jews in the early modern period. they only start emerging in the abstract era. well-suited to their soul.
