you're trying to frame dividend irrelevance as something bad, when the theory, given perfect conditions, essentially states that it's not better or worse whether a company pays a dividend or not from an investor's perspective. Essentially, you being passionate about dissuading others from investing in dividends is irrelevant. Perhaps you can use your energy to dissuade others from gambling on shitcoins in one of the hundreds of current threads.

Mobile car wash. Buy a truck with a water tank trailer and some car washing supplies. you can add a detail service if you want to and if you know what you're doing.
>$10k down on $40k truck.
>$5k for trailer, tank, and supplies.
>$5k for gas and misc. expenses.
your books will be
>liabilities: $41,894.14 (car loan calculator)
>equity: $20,000.00
>assets: $61,894.14
go to a decent neighborhood, door to door and say you were washing a neighbors car, and since you're there already you can give them a deal of washing their car with a special package that includes rims + wax (or whatever car washes offer) for $40/car instead of $60 since you're already there. Do a good job and give them your card. Try to wash about 10 cars a day at least for $400.00. You shouldn't be using too much gas if you're just rolling around in the neighborhood. You'll make your $700 car payment in a couple days

I keep putting it off. I studied a lot for it, and now the information is fading, but this should be a good reminder. iirc
>3 years of experience managing projects (if you have a degree, 5 years otherwise). experience can be leading one of the 5 phases of a project: initiating, planning, executing, m&c, closing, but you need all 5.
>need 35 PDU's. can get this via qualified programs on coursera
>submit 3 years of info on projects you worked on
>study mostly by mock exams, such as the PMI study hall tests and quizzes.
PMP is essentially the gold standard cert for project management. don't listen to faggots here who say project management or PMP is worthless. theyre naive and have no real knowledge outside of their lines of code and casino coins.

>I can apply everything you're saying about crypto to real estate so it's a moot point.
except real estate has actual inherent value needed by everyone to meet their basic needs, whereas shitcoins are highly speculative pump and dumps. you're basically trying to peer into the matrix and determine what future actions people will make based on their past actions while expecting to find rationality. i'm not sure how far you can really calculate that risk, so i think it's easy to fathom why the typical person doesn't want to put their accumulated life's work into the next rug pull.

it's interesting. i tried this exact model for a different niche. didn't workout, but it's worth trying for other things.
>business model
take the call. define requirements. set appointment. they pay the handyman directly. you don't want to deal with customers and payments. charge the handyman a flat fee. %'s will be too hard to track, and they can be dishonest. pricing it yourself will prove too difficult, especially for the various work that handymen perform, and the expertise it requires to adequately estimate from a phone call. so it will look like this:
>get the call, define requirements, set appointment.
>get handyman to fulfill appointment and work.
>they charge the customer and deal with the payment. theyll charge their price + your fee
>they pay you your fee.

I bet you can take this further. You can easily make a website of a fake company in whatever field you're applying for. Make an email, google voice phone number, etc.
Imagine if you completely skipped the $75k + 4-5 year degree, and spent a 1 year learning whatever, say, finance or software. Fake your experience at fake company with your fake degree. Odds are you're going to get hired somewhere without having had to jump through all the hoops.

Bought a little more this morning at .026. AMP's a comfy hold. I don't have to check my phone every hour because I know it won't reach it's potential for a few years. Currently at 156k but plan to buy more as long as it's under .05
