So as far as I can tell the ratio is in a giant descending triangle that has been years in the making.
It's reached the lowest that it's been in years and now has been trading huge volume for the past 3 months. This is accumulation.
I predict within the next week or two there will be a massive breakout. If we don't breakout by then we might have a dip and have to wait a few months for the big pump. Either way it will happen.
