Props man. Yes it's best to soak the beans overnight and then empty out the water when you're ready to cook. I know my beans and rice haha, you can also combine different beans together to make different colored meals and spice up the variety.

Yes I can literally eat some beans and rice right now if I wanted to, pretty much any time and it looks and tastes like it was just cooked. It's so freaking convenient.
