buffalos are my preferred because they are 100% gold. eagles are mixed with silver for durability but no one needs it out of a case so what's the point?
speaking of- get a case. gold is incredibly soft and it's not worth it to lose value in a trade because of a big scratch in it.
ive used coin supply store with air-tight ring capsules. it makes the gold pop just a little more.
shipping a single case is needlessly expensive and shipping is free over $100 so i recommend using this as a target for you stack and then aiming to fill it. i bought 12 cases and some stuff for silver that i wanted in the future.
be wary of buying on amazon from cheap chinese shit. the chemicals in the plastic won't bother gold, but could negatively effect your silver.
when you get that first ounce in your hand you'll be hooked.
