Jesus fuck dude you literally just made me stupider. Debit is a DRAW on EXISTING FUNDS. Credit is BORROWING against funds YOU DON'T HAVE.

I was on Wax.io which is an NFT site that has some licensed stuff. I was about to buy some of the Atari NFTs because I love that old box art. When I was about buy one this warning came up.
"Any NFT can be copied and you don't know if you are getting a real one or a copy unless you know the code of the real one" I am paraphrasing because I can't get the warning to come back up today for some reason. But they didn't even bother to tell me exactly what to look for in terms of the code they are talking about. Do I need to find some 10000 number string and carefully check it against the fake? It really took a lot of air out of my old tires. Of course fakes and frauds are a problem with real life collectibles but I was kind of shocked by this. Maybe they just need a better system.

Well Coomers, I'm one of those faggots who sold GME for chink shit yesterday. Dumped it and got back into GME, figured I'd hold off until tomorrow but fuck it I feel dirty w/ no GME. Lost $35 in the process, so not too bad. I'd have been fucked if I held out for $30 NIO though.

yeah you're probably right. it is all just open ended thought right now. I'm getting some more money in november too. So, $1500 +1200 trumpbux, and that november money will be ~$3k,

so lets say I have $5500 in November. is that more realistic to make $10-30 a day? a neet can only harvest so much money from the state before needing to grow his own saplings. also it doesn't have to be $30. $15 is enough if I add Amazon Mturk stuff.

Just wrap your head around the fact that a man in a suit used to come and install your refrigerator. And that installation man was seen as a normal, valuable member of the economy. His job paid well, the hours were reasonable and he had no problem buying a home, raising a family and retiring from that job.

Now you order a new appliance, and this shit is what you get:

Yep.

As a pre-mine, his base cost is literally zero, and that's why the circulating supply has been increasing because Sergey has been quietly dumping on the NEETs at market prices.

He probably has Bitfiniex's OTC desk doing this for him to keep it off Etherescan.

Pretty sure he got BTFO in early 2018 like most of us.

He was holding AMB, which means he lost probably 90% of his ATH capital.

Please help. I'm looking into buying a house to rent. The one I'm looking at is selling for $25,000. It already has a tenant paying $600/month and utilities and they want to continue living there. The house isn't in very bad shape. Could use some new flooring and be painted. Should I buy?

How much do you typically tip your landlord/leasing company when you pay rent? My rule of thumb is a 15% base, 20% if they performed maintenance recently, and 30% for the holidays. But my girlfriend says she never tips less than 25% and that I'm being incredibly rude by tipping any less. Am I crazy here or have I been under tipping this whole time???
