Quite unlikely. I'd say it'd depend on the origin and the date of fabrication. From my experience, the older the stuff, the heavier it is. But you have plenty of cheap XXth c. stuff who weight nothing. I recently bought a lot and in it was a british plate on foot approx the size of your and it was weighting 40gr. The shit was razor thin.
