Im probably slapping MSFT with a few call options tomorrow. The market hasn't reacted yet to it exceeding earnings expectations plus the XBOX series X event was very well recieved. I think it's a pretty safe bet.

Why are you buying stocks if you can buy Calls instead?

That's interest free leverage. Real estate fags to heads over head over heels in debt to achieve the same, take a massive amount of effort to search houses, rent them out, talk to banks, save for renovation, insurance and all other kinds of stuff. Usually it pays off. Those who do this regularly become millionaires by 35.

Equity chads can do the same by clicking a few buttons to buy Calls maturing as far into the future as possible, say December 2023*.

If you expect a stock to go up, you buy it.
So what's an argument against buying calls? They literally express the same sentiment about the company, but you are rewarded 5x-20x

Why not buy calls?
*Unfortunately QQQ calls are only available to me until January 2021, so I just got 1500 in MSFT calls and 1500 USD in GOOG calls, both maturing 2023.
