I think it's myopic to say that women aren't as good as men at anything. Men and women have different strengths. That doesn't make either better than the other. Men are, as a whole, better able to sit down and focus. To do the nitty gritty, single point of "do this" than women. Evolutionarily, this is because men would like go out and hunt and shit. Women weren't running around. Sexual dimorphism is cool stuff. It's also resulted in autism being almost 5 times more common among boys (1 in 42) than among girls (1 in 189) (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/ss6302a1.htm?s_cid=ss6302a1_w).).

So like, being able to no kidding FOCUS on something like data is generally a man's job. This is a major reason for the pay gap, even after we control for job choice breakdown by gender (more women in lower paying jobs, because child rearing and elementary school and secretaries and etc). Data science, for example, women are paid less, by something like 15%. I would guess that's probably because they provide less value to the company as a data scientist, because they're generally not as good. That's not saying that women can't be way better, just that, in the main, that's the case. Nerdy autism shit makes the big $$$ and guys have that ability to narrow in on a single thing. Add on top of that that women have more societal outs than males (trophy husbands aren't really a thing) and it kind of makes sense. Women also are better at a lot of things, way better than guys in general. Understanding people on a peer-to-peer level and the like. None of this is bad, or good, it just is.

Focusing on "equality in all senses" is as silly, short-sighted, and limiting as equal opportunity in the 90s, and single gender suffrage earlier on, and as destructive. I'm curious to see what happens in 100 years in terms of corporate governance, I imagine that a bunch of exciting things will be different regarding gender in the workplace.

ALSO, consider this: Your local super market (publix, target, walmart, costco, sam's club, etc) also have delis. And some like publix (publix subs are fucking amazing dude) have the services you plan on offering.
