Please don't throw your money into some stupid ass fund and then get your nerves wrecked when you see market crashing. Those firms will fucking scam your ass, trust me I know.
Now, DCA some of that money into BTC only, maybe 10-20k until you have few BTCs.
You have 230k left, don't do anything with it before you backpack in Europe. You will get knowledge, you will get different perspective, you will learn. I would not recommend big cities and popular turist places, insead travel in smaller towns, there are AMAZING places in Europe that nobody knows about. Go and live there for a while, it's not expensive.
