just don't risk too much immediately since the SEPTA contract renewal is still uncertain. It's also pretty illiquid right now which is why it's getting ignored by big funds for now (0% institutional ownership) despite having achieved profitability. A private placement at $1/share fell through recently due to some compliance/regulation issues between Canada and the US investors

Personally I never touch penny stocks but this one got me interested since when do you ever see a penny stock like this with financials like pic related? That made me really curious just like how I felt about GME when it was $6/share with a clean balance sheet.
Hopefully it doesn't just crab though
