>tfw have a career dilemma

There's no way I can really put in all the details so the main thing I want to say is: feels not so good man.

My default position is currently taking the new job.

Current job:
>just started it this month
>lets me save £400 a month
>prestigious employer, important sounding department
>job has important-ish responsibilities but I can't yet see how I can portray myself as doing important work to get a promotion
>job type is not a path I want to go down for long term but could maybe lead to better things; previous person to have my job now makes probably over £20k more after having my job for a year (don't know his prior experience but he is a normie)
>2.5 year contract (but being here for more than a year and a few months would be utter failure; but my ability to fail interviews is not to be underestimated)
>have already become the office sperg beta ugly loner, though this will happen anywhere
>normie boss sees me as a social outcast freak already but I get stuff done; he doesn't hesitate to give me work but I am still cautious that my sperginess may have lead him to disown me already or mark me down as doomed
>regularly come in to office late and leave well before 5 and no one cares (and I sit right next to my boss, his boss, his boss's boss, and her boss's boss's boss)

Potential job
>starts in November
>prestigious programme, less prestigious employer
>big paycut, will only save £100 a month (in practice will save nothing due to junk food binges)
>won't know my exact position or department until after I sign the contract
>permanent contract
>possibly higher level of responsibility
>will change jobs and departments every year for 4 years (in practice I should be promoted much sooner or else it would be failure)
>will get varied positions and I'm guaranteed fill my resume to take up a whole page with important sounding stuff (no more padding)
>if I don't take the job, I'd have to reapply for it and start it next year
