Pretty much, especially if it's a pasta dish. Entry-level employees aren't going mix up eggs, flour, and salt to make the dough from scratch. That's only for high-end restaurant wagies.
That being said, Olive Garden margins are probably decent since it's always frequented by lazy meat & potato boomers and their spawn who want lots of food quickly and cheaply.
