Less of a dystopian Judge Dredd corporation and more of a very angry specialized Russian science team full of physics, chemistry, biology weapons, no bullets, no tanks, at most aircrafts. We would create natural selection with just 1 virus to wipe specific DNA traits.
Lazers, satellites, viruses, bacteria, black holes, all the good stuff. We kill you for your own good like putting a dog down. We absolutely cannot allow you to breed ad infinitum with no restriction. Gene spreading should be reserved for the truly gifted/talented.
