Take psychedelics, eat only meat and get /fit/ and then see how you feel. You sound neurotic and your ego is in control of you. First you have to understand that you are NOT your ego/inner dialouge. That is a tool for navigating the world but when you start to think you are the ego it can send you to hell. Depression comes when the Ego thinks of past failures, anxiety comes when the ego thinks of future problems. Drink the blood of christ (psychedelics) and experience god.
You don't have to take full on trips if you don't feel you are ready. Even just microdosing LSD or mushrooms would be beneficial without really getting you wacked out.
