Brainstop is probably going to single digits and those retards will blame it on the stock split and not the reality that there's no solid reasoning behind the pump. (((Market makers))) made billions selling options when they pinned it around 150-250 in 2021. I'd imagine the party has to end eventually and they'll gradually let it meltdown sometime this year.

If you're rolling long calls then maybe because you're effectively buying a calendar spread, which is most expensive ATM closest to expiration which is correlated with where gamma is highest. But if you roll when they're more ITM or OTM, or further from expiration you can avoid a bigger debit.
But if he's not rolling, then I don't see how gamma affects him to the upside. If it expires in the green he keeps profits from short puts and can get the full intrinsic value of his long calls assuming liquidity to sell or cash to exercise.

I'm not saying we're in an extended bear market right now or at all. It would need to be a dip that keeps going long enough to cause most people to give up and flee. Personally I believe this is a giant trading range.
