Cant help you there because I was in a boxing gym before corona so I already knew how to train, I've heard it's difficult without a teacher but probably not impossible especially if you don't actually want to fight, I would just start by looking up a boxing training regimen, get some gloves and a cheap bag, just beating the shit out of it will be a good workout, add calisthenics and you can actually become pretty fit, just try to go slow at first and practice your technique, then work your way up in complexity
