What leads you to say the elites are highly evolved? Would you consider a tapeworm highly evolved? Which is more highly evolved, the dog, or the tick? Your weed / farmer analogy doesn't sit with me, as I think it misses the point. There is no scenario where the farmer can represent the elite. The elite are the weeds. They do nothing but harm all the good around them, and unless the farmer (Europeans) removes the weeds, the crops will die and never produce their fruits (European civilization), while the weeds thrive and destroy all that is good around them.

The weeds are perfectly capable of defending themselves. Their natural defense (like Jews) is to be incredibly hard to get rid of. They get pulled often, due to being harmful and useless, but always come back, because the farmer failed to account for their ability to return after being removed. To get rid of Japanese knotweed, you have to pull it all up, burn it, wrap it in bags and bury it five meters below the ground. Beings and organisms like this know that once the thing they live at the expense of is aware of them, it will try to remove them. So they evolved to be good at coming back after something forcefully removed them. That is their defense.

>And what do you propose? That elites are to live a lesser life as humanity grew? That AI and robotics are to be postponed, taxed, and set back so others can be given a chance to evolve?

I propose the elites are either imprisoned for life without parole or human rights, or shot into the sun by Elon Musk. These people don't deserve the life of humanity because they aren't human. They're monsters.
