Yeah man. I have agoraphobia as well. It hit me when I was in high school out of nowhere. I had to stop playing baseball, couldn't do anything in auditoriums/gyms. It was starting to gget really fucking bad. My graduation was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. 4 hours of panic attack on what should have been a nice moment in my life. I decided to take take control of it so I wouldn't be stuck in my house forever like most people are. It's all in your head, and I know that that means nothing when you are nervous or thinking about it, but you need to find a way to adapt before its too late.

Parking lots fucking suck. And fields. Fuck open fields.
