Sure, it's not decentralized yet. Sure, the founders are arrogant. Sure, there have been huge delays. Sure, the wallet was hacked through a third party plugin.

But anons, that’s all part of the development of revolutionary technology. Bitcoin also had centralized protection against 51% attacks in the first years. Bitcoin even had a critical security flaw in 2010 that they managed to fix just in time. So many wallets have been hacked. The internet wasn't built in one day.

Anons, IOTA is literally eating all other crypto's as we speak. That is why there is so much hate against it and why so many people want to make the project look bad. DYOR and look at the partnerships, look at the academia involved, look at the community, look at the amount of adoption and standardization already taking place. The people behind this project are all incredibly smart and are building this out of a sincere passion to make the world a better place with DLT. Not out of greed, but passion. This project has the same atmosphere and dynamics as Bitcoin had in the early days.

No more transaction fees, unlimited scalability, no more opposite incentives between users and stakers/miners. DLT History is being made in front of your eyes.

Miners/stakers and big players in the space want you to believe that Web 3.0 will consist of a plethora of tokens because that is simply what they make money from, but in reality IOTA will be the one and only trust layer of the internet. Many people have been blinded by greed and missing what is really happening behind the DeFi bubble. People will see soon enough.

Lets face it anons, decentralized, standardized, permissionless feeless transactions and unlimited scalability will be a reality one year from now.

This will groundbreakingly change the whole cryptosphere. I know many of you speculators don't want to hear this but for many real life use cases there will not be a reason to choose another protocol then IOTA. The amount of corporate adoption and standardization already taking place is exemplary of this.

Which projects are the ones that you think will still have reason to exist in 5 years from now?

My picks:
BTC - I don't like what BTC has turned into, but I guess the 'store of value' narrative will hold for a while.

XRP - has a valid use case as a bridge currency, very minimal transaction fees and huge network effect in the financial world.

Quant or another interoperability project - A platform to seamlessly connect Hyperledger, R3, Ripplenet and IOTA will be needed.

Chainlink or another oracle project - Decentralized oracles are a necessity for DLT.

In my opinion Eth 2.0 and all their copycats
(Polkadot, Tezos, Algorand, Avalanche etc.) will not survive in the long run... While these platforms are a great breeding ground for interesting ideas like DeFi, they will always, and this is very important, always have unstable transaction fees.

This is crucial from a business perspective, and this is also the one reason why IOTA has such huge corporate interest even though the protocol is not even finished yet. Beyond the hype IOTA is fulfilling the original promise of blockchain. It is only a matter of time.
