I take adderall and I love it, I have learned so much due to it.
sure crashes are hard but if you work out and excersize they go away.
as for addiction, I have never felt addiction and I have gone long periods without taking it.
Adderall is great when used in moderation and has turned me into someone who I am proud of.
A negative effect is withdrawal, the symptoms for me are "brain zaps" Blurred vision, Hard time thinking, mild depression and a stuffy nose but these go away after a couple of days without taking it.
Adderall is okay if you use it responsibly.
