Hey fags, listen up. If you got some very good capital, or know wealthy investors, here's a huge market which can make you a billionaire if you succeed, fuck, you might even become the richest man in the world if done correctly.

Nowadays, close to all products are made with automation to bring costs down both for the company and for the consumer. For cases where automation can't do all work, the remaining work is done in a very structured manner to make the workers as effective as possible.

So, what's the biggest product that everyone require and is so overpriced due to not using automation? Housing.

So what do I propose? A company that with automation creates/imports housing materials, such as walls, roof, glasses, toilets etc where the customer custom chooses a fitting combination of materials. The materials would be designed to be easily installed with eachother. The company would then offer to install it on a property, as well as piping, electricity etc. or have the option for the customer to do it himself.

This would allow new cheap housing to fix the market where housing is needed.

I could go into detail but you get the market. There's already companies that do similar but AFAIK they don't allow much/any customization, are small as fuck and don't support toilets/water
