If you hold stocks with a brokerage they are not in your name, period. The brokerage holds them in street name as their property. Your account is credited with a position equal to the value of a given security. A good broker would buy shares to fulfill their fiduciary obligation to their clients and hold the positions they're supposed to and not fuck you, but it is entirely within their rights to close your account and pay out what you're owed and do with those shares as they see fit as legally any shares they hold are their property and being held on behalf of clients. Period. If they want to rug, they can absolutely rug, and in a number of different ways. The singular only way to guarantee you own shares of GME is to own them with CS registered to your name and identity and preferably in book entry so the company itself has record of that ownership and who they're registered to.
I will not argue this with anyone, I was here literal years ago figuring this shit out and have done my own research on the matter and informed myself. If you want to make one gorillion percent sure you cannot be rugged, you own shares on CS in book entry with a copy of your statement saved in as many places as you can muster in case the internet goes down. We're going into uncharted waters, anyone not doing the utmost to protect themselves and their looming wealth is a fucking idiot, I already have plans to get to the nearest CS office and multiple routes planned. Hold shares wherever you wish, but you don't actually hold shares with a broker, and I don't care if you think you do because you have a cash only account without margin enabled or think having a record of a chat with some rep as "proof you'll sue if they fuck you" lmao good luck.

It's pretty much impossible, and you have to put a lot of work and effort over the years unless you get extremely lucky or were smart enough to set things up while still in school. I graduated in 09 to a terrible job market and got lucky enough to get a job testing videogames, which led to other jobs. However my real career path didnt start until 5 years later and having to suffer several downturns and at worst bussing dishes for minimum wage... but I got lucky eventually nabbing a contract for a big tech company. Fast forward 2 years later now landing a senior level FTE management position making 6 figures. My advice is to keep learning, be scrappy, try to get a job at a smaller company if you have limited skills/experience, read books, absorb knowledge, and while you're getting by on your retail job think about how much it fucking sucks and how server kids 10 years your junior treat you like gutter trash and grin and bear it so you can fuck off and make something of yourself while they slave forever in the lower tiers.

ninh binh is very comfy, and yes the northern areas are probably better suited to you. you could also look at dalat, another chill place higher above the sea.
