When this happens, a lot of orders are left chilling in the order book that get left behind, and the market tends to fill these gaps in at some point in the future with very high accuracy. I recommend you test out the reactions around these gaps (rejection vs hard close through them), because they give you pretty accurate hints at what the market is trying to do
