If you're looking to hold a fund then go with VOO (which has a lower cost than SPY). VTI or VT if you want more diversification. Just DCA every week/month. When the S&P 500 breaks above the 200 SMA it generally has lower volatility and you can increase your gains with leverage (like pic related), through buying 2X or 3X ETF's like SSO and UPRO.
