Cohen could have picked any day to file that he increased his position by 0.3%. Any of the days when it was cheaper than $8. I don't think he even needed to file because it's a change less than 1%.
Instead, he picked the day when short sellers used up almost all the shares they could borrow. Filed it immediately after 4PM too like a fuck you.

Isn't Cohen a leaf? This doesn't seem like a thing a leaf would do. I'm just glad i'm on his side. Also, is Gamestop allowed to do a stock dilution at the peak of a squeeze? I mean Hertz did it and they were bankrupt already.
